Instructions for Papers and Presentations
Please use the Templates for Transactions available here to prepare your paper. The maximum length for a finished paper is 6 pages; the bibliography does not count against this page limit. Please note that no page numbers or other text is allowed in the header or footer areas. Authors names and affiliations should be included in the submission. More helpful instructions for submission are available at the top of the IEEE Author Digital Toolbox.
The paper should be submitted as a PDF file (preferably with the fonts embedded in it).
There are no guidelines for slides. Presenters will have 20 or 25 minutes for their presentations and 5 minutes for Q&A.
Presentations and publication
Submitted papers will be considered for virtual oral presentation. All accepted submissions are provided to SELSE participants. Authors will be notified of paper outcome by February 15, 2023. Final papers are due on February 20, 2023.
Accepted papers are provided to SELSE Workshop participants, but are not distributed as official IEEE proceedings. Authors are encouraged to permit their presentation materials to be made available on the SELSE web site after the workshop. Authors are free to use papers and presentation materials at other conferences.
